Under the supervision of the Student Affairs Director and the Instructional Support Manager, the incumbent assists in the quarterly academic course scheduling for graduate and undergraduate programs in the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences. Assists Instructional Support Manager with analytical reports, quarterly Schedule of Classes, instructional support, and accreditation activities. Course Reporting System (CRS) coordinator. Responsible for instructor evaluations, teaching assistant evaluations, and textbook ordering guidance. In addition, this position would compile SAO purchasing and reimbursement paperwork for reimbursement submission.In consultation with the Directors of the Master of Human Computer Interaction and Design (MHCID) and Master of Computer Science (MCS) programs, and the self-supporting SAO, incumbent is responsible for the self-supporting MHCID and MCS quarterly Schedule of Classes.
