The University of Pittsburgh's Office of Diversity & Inclusion is seeking a qualified candidate for fill the role as an Inclusion and Interim Measures Specialist. This position reports to the Title IX Coordinator. The Inclusion and Interim Measures Specialist is responsible for providing front line response to individuals impacted by incoming reports of harassment, discrimination or retaliation, which include but are not limited to sexual misconduct (sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating or domestic violence, and stalking) and other forms of discrimination and harassment. Front line response will generally include assessing the need for interim measures, facilitating referrals, coordinating information with the assigned Title IX Specialist or Diversity Specialist, and other triage needs. This position will also assist with developing and delivering training for the university community, and be supporting outreach and awareness activities sponsored by the office and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Related Experience Level Required
2-3 years experience
Additional Education and/or Experience Essential to the Position
Bachelor's required as well as 2 years of prior experience in social services, student affairs, or similar experience settings.

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
