Liberum Corporate Access co-ordinate high-profile sector conferences, company roadshows, analyst roadshows, reverse roadshows, industry expert access events, investor site visits, capital market days, analyst presentations, and corporate entertainment events, to help bring together institutional investors and corporate clients across the UK, Europe and US.

The team are sectorised, liaising directly with our clients, to organise their company roadshows from inception to completion; this includes in-depth investor targeting, the booking of meetings with institutional investors, full logistical support and roadshow co-ordination, and providing timely feedback to clients. The team sits on the trading floor with Sales, working closely with all areas of the firm including Investment Banking, Research and the Support Functions to ensure our clients receive maximum value.
You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent attention to detail with a pro-active and logical approach to problem solving. The ideal candidate should be bright, enthusiastic, and have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, standard hours would be 8am – 5.30pm

To provide full Investor Relations service for Liberum corporate clients
Produce in-depth targeting documents using market intelligence systems, readership data and utilising internal relationships to provide in-depth intelligence on prospective investors
Co-ordination of roadshows from inception to completion (including IPO, Deal and NDR's for corporate and non-corporate clients)
Responsibility of co-ordinating full logistics in terms of chauffeur service, accommodation and any travel requirements.
Liaising closely with company management/IR throughout the roadshows process
Producing timely feedback post the roadshow
Sourcing external venues for group meetings, sector conferences and industry expert events
Organising sector conferences, reverse roadshows, analyst roadshows, industry expert access events, investor site visits, capital market days, analyst presentations, and corporate entertainment events.
Maintaining internal databases and external buy-side portals
Co-ordinating presentations to Liberum Sales Team; liaising with PR and companies directly
