This position is responsible for contributing to the vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management of the Bank's HR systems. The individual will also provide back-up to the Bank's payroll administrator. Duties: Assess the Bank's HR information needs and plan for changes in HR Systems to meet those needs Oversee the day to day operations and maintenance of all HR Systems. Coordinate and maintain all internal and external HR System interfaces Analyze current problems and review system capabilities to determine how to conduct operations more efficiently Research, design, implement and maintain HR Systems solutions in partnership with IT Lead change management efforts, including training, communications and user support, after changes in systems and/or procedures are implemented Serve as a liaison with 3rd parties and other stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure they are fully supported by and efficiently using HR Systems. Review, test and implement system upgrades, enhancements or patches in partnership with vendors and Bank IT staff Design and distribute HR System data reports and metrics as needed Provide backup to Payroll Administrator, which includes processing payroll including, time sheets, salary increases, address changes, direct deposits, wage garnishments, benefit deductions and changes, retroactive pay, departmental transfers, wage deductions, and other miscellaneous status changes Performs routine audits on all payroll input and output Posts data onto ADP software, transmits payroll to ADPPrepares and maintains all payroll and benefits related reports including W-2, W-5, 940, W-3, 1099, TEFRA, Unemployment Wage Reports and others Requirements: Must have 3-5 years of experience in and HRIS Admin or similar role Prior experience in payroll administration, particularly with ADP, strongly desired Prior experience in working with Lawson/Infor, ADP and/or Successfactors strongly desired Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or related subject Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors: Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical users Working knowledge of HR systems and processes Strong problem solving and analytical skills Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Ability to learn new software systems Strong attention to detail Intermediate-to-Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
