Reporting to the Director of Yale Clinical Optimization Services (YCOS), the Project Coordinator will provide direct support for the successful completion of clinical operational assessments in the Yale School of Medicine.

Required Skill/ability 1: Working knowledge of clinical operations, demonstrated through prior work experience in clinical operations or related field.
Required Skill/ability 2: Highly detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis. Demonstrated ability to systematically analyze data to meet a desired outcome.
Required Skill/ability 3: Superior interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and leadership. Must be professional with a high degree of tact and confidentiality.
Required Skill/ability 4: Proven organizational skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously. Project coordinating skills and excellent ability to follow-through on deliverables.
Required Skill/ability 5: Project coordination. Strong communication skills. Excellent writing and editing skills required. Exceptional skill level of Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Think Cell, Outlook, Epic.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Project management or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. Exceptional skill level of Excel. Working knowledge of EPIC, Think Cell, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Visio and MS Project. Familiarity with Oracle, Workday and other Yale University systems. Work experience in the healthcare, consulting, change management or project management fields.
Required Licenses Or Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
