Functions/Duties of Position
The Knight Cancer Institute Clinical Research Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of OHSU Knight Cancer Institute clinical research program. The responsibilities for this role include personnel management for employees in the clinical research organization, management of finances associated with clinical research accounts and overall organization budget, and disease group program development in collaboration with disease site leaders. In support of these activities, the Clinical Research Manager is involved in continual process improvement to further the efficiency and effectiveness of the clinical research organization.
Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience
Strong clinical research knowledge
One year of management experience
Able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
Clinical research management experience
Working knowledge of Access, EPIC and Oracle
