This is the place to do your life's best work.(sm)The Supervisor of Provider Installation is responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including, but not limited to: structure and billing set up, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and provider education materials. Supervisors of Provider Installation are also responsible for overall provider contract and amendment loading and processing using various databases. Responsibilities may also include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measurers and reporting standards. This role leads a team of 15-20 individual contributors both in office and remote. The ideal location for the role is the Richardson, Texas office. Other locations and telecommute may be considered for highly qualified candidates. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a network management or contracting operational role, including experience with facility/ancillary contract reimbursement methodologies1+ years experience supervisory in an operational function1+ years experience tracking and interpreting key metric indicators1+ years experience with process improvement; proven track record of identifying and implementing efficiencies1+ years experience leading others through change Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft programs including Excel, Word Preferred Qualifications:3+ years experience with claim processing systems such as COSMOS, UNET, etc. 3+ years experience with medical coding (HCPCs. CPT-4, Revenue, DRG, ICD -10 etc.)Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of qualityAbility to multi-task, shifting back and forth effectively between two or more activities or sources of informationCommitment to practice of UHG leadership practices including staff developmentUndergraduate or higher level degreeCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
