Have an understanding of the Independent Living population
Have the ability to engage residents to participate in programs while encouraging resident led activities
Be flexible and creative
Have a strong knowledge base of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Publisher and Power Point.
Have fundraising skills
Have a valid driver’s licenses
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop a monthly activity calendar as well as a weekly and monthly newsletter.
Coordinate the resident advisory board
Coordinate fundraising activities and maintain petty cash account
Coordinate and perform transportation services associated with planned activities
Assist the Executive Director with tours and the sales process when needed
Order supplies, utilize supplies without waste.
Maintain confidentiality of necessary information in compliance with HIPPA.
Bachelor's Degree and Minimum Experience: 3- 5 Years or an equivalent combination of training and experience
Senior Living Campus offering Independent Living, Supportive Living and a Healthcare Facility which provides Long Term Care, Short Term Post Acute Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Out Patient Therapy.
