In addition, this role will manage team members in support of lettering members for on cycle changes to formulary and utilization management programs, new clinical product implementations, and new client implementations. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in business/finance analysisExperience gathering requirements from the client / business and documentingExperience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processesExperience managing projectsAbility to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verballyAbility to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate dataWorking knowledge of relational databases, database structuresIntermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications:Management experience SAS experienceTableau experience Careers with OptumRx.
