Position Focus VP Nursing Services
Responsible for leadership and management a variety of departments; whose services and initiatives reflect a commitment to safety and effective patient care.
This VP Nursing approach is guided by the strategic direction of this health system; this position offers leadership, team emphasis and managerial support in attaining excellence in patient care.
Develop and maintain annual operating budget ensuring facility operates within budget constraints; set financial and program goals and employs on going assessment of all goals achieved.
Prioritize making regular clinical and medical rounds that improve communication and trust-Demonstrate leadership qualities that are consistent with a transformational leadership style.
Organization and Community
Work in a close-knit team orientated work environment reflecting a family focused culture that strives for nursing excellence.

RequirementsVP Nursing Services
5-10 years of experience in health care management with a minimum of 3 years in leadership role.
Has consummate knowledge and skill to coordinate hospital operations using leadership vision and initiative together with analytical ability.
Outstanding experience in organization evaluation, strategic planning with great interpersonal skills.
RN required with MSN or related health care Masters Degree.
