This Operations Reporting Analyst Position is responsible for:
Working with management and key business contacts in the development and delivery of standardized reporting by gathering requirements, analyzing data and presenting the data in a logical manner.
Creating and implementing analytical reports, improving efficiencies within the existing reporting structure, completing complex ad hoc requests, combining information from disparate systems, and serving as a subject matter expert on any reporting projects.
Experience with large, complex data sets and make recommendations and changes to simplify and stream business processes.
To qualify you must have:
The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health care administration or a closely related field and two to three years related experience.
Proficiency (medium to high skill level) with various desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or Access. Intermediate knowledge of relational database management systems such as MS SQL Server/MySQL and/or MS Access preferred.
Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills, to recognize and resolve complex problems requiring the use of technical principles and in-depth, experience-based cross-functional knowledge.
The ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
