TRANSCRIPT IMAGING LEAD (Administrative Analyst/Specialist NE)

Primary Duties: Under general supervision incumbent will coordinate the Electronic Transcript Certification process between university departments, including Enterprise Applications, Admissions, Records/Evaluations, Degree Audit Program, and Graduate School Admissions. Additionally, responsibilities include serving as functional lead in the implementation of Intelligent Capture for Transcripts (ICT), coordinating between functional and technical staff (both CSU, Chico and vendor), and various university departments, while providing oversight for the transcript area and leadership to student employees working in the imaging/transcript unit.
The knowledge, skills and abilities listed above would normally be obtained through a bachelors degree and/or full-time equivalent training and one year of full time administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices or programs.
The person holding this position is considered a mandated reporter under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act and is required to comply with the requirements set forth in CSU Executive Order 1083 as a condition of employment.
A background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate can be offered a position with the CSU. Failure to satisfactorily complete the background check may affect the application status of applicants or continued employment of current CSU employees who apply for the position. This considered a sensitive position. PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS: This position alternates between remaining in a stationary position operating a personal computer for long periods of time and frequently moving about inside the office. Must be able to travel across campus to other offices and buildings for meetings and events. Must have clear vision (at 20 inches or less) and be able to distinguish colors.
WORKENVIRONMENT: This position involves frequent to constant interaction with students and staff. The office is a typical office environment with standard office equipment. At times, is a fast-paced environment requiring a flexible schedule. May occasionally work outside and locations may include even and uneven walking surfaces, exposure to weather changes such as temperatures, humidity or precipitation.
