Primary Responsibilities:Represent the customer to the engineering team in the role of Product Owner by working with Product Management and other key stakeholders across the organization to define, refine, and prioritize requirements for data-driven solutions to healthcare analytic needsGroom backlog based on user value, time, and dependencies to deliver priorities in the overall product roadmap while maintaining technical integrity within the productAuthor requirements and user stories for new features, reports, enhancements or fixes, ensuring that business needs are met Actively participate in Product Backlog grooming sessions, sprint review and retrospectivesRemain highly accessible to support the team in sprint planning and daily scrumAccept user stories once all acceptance criteria are met Develop and maintain a strong, deep understanding of applicable domains of the analytic platform to support the testing, customer service, documentation, and training teams in their respective responsibilities in the success of the product
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in product management function1+ years of experience in managing or interfacing with clients / customers Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving skills Health care experience or knowledge base Detailed understanding of relational data models that enable the anticipation and optimization of technical constraints Understanding of data, relational database concepts and knowledgeable in SQL Experience working with business intelligence tools Experience in an Agile development environment Careers with Optum.
