<p>Primary Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Project Administration (40%):<ul><li>Setup and manage tools used to produce customer invoices </li><li>Setup and manage tools to support project workflow and documentation</li><li>Setup and manage tools to create project metrics</li><li>Regular verbal and written communication with team, management and customers</li><li>Drive action item completion and issue resolution, being mindful of timelines</li><li>Project portfolio management</li><li>First-level contact for team and customer project and process questions</li><li>Effective meeting organization, setup, and support</li><li>Project onboarding support</li><li>Other tasks as assigned</li></ul></li><li>IT System management and Technical Issue Dispatching (30%)</li><li>Work with team leadership and management to address basic Project Management related tasks (30%)</li></ul><p>Salary Range: $31,678.40 to $45,364.80 USD/year</p><p>***This position is represented by a bargaining unit, AFSCME Clerical. <p><strong>All required qualifications must be documented on application materials.</strong></p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li>High School Diploma/GED and two years of experience following best practices and processes on a cross-functional communication team or department. Training/education may be substituted for some of the years of experience.</li><li>Experience with IT ticket triage with minimal support from other team members</li><li>Demonstrated/documented understanding of Process and Project Management</li><li>Experience with Microsoft suite and document repository experience</li><li>Experience providing and assisting others with system access and user account management</li><li>Strong technical communication skills working with clients on addressing technical needs related to IT system related issues.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualification:</p><ul><li>Experience with IT applications and systems</li><li>Ability to independently complete unstructured assignments</li><li>Able to multi-task and takes ownership of assignments</li><li>Effective with variety of communication styles, comfortable with various skill and position levels</li><li>Can shift from one assignment, or priority, to another; comfortable with change</li><li>Team, customer, project and task-orientation</li></ul>
