IT System management and Technical Issue Dispatching (30%)

Salary Range: $31,678.40 to $45,364.80 USD/year

High School Diploma/GED and two years of experience following best practices and processes on a cross-functional communication team or department. Training/education may be substituted for some of the years of experience.
Experience with IT ticket triage with minimal support from other team members
Demonstrated/documented understanding of Process and Project Management
Experience with Microsoft suite and document repository experience
Experience providing and assisting others with system access and user account management
Strong technical communication skills working with clients on addressing technical needs related to IT system related issues.
Experience with IT applications and systems
Ability to independently complete unstructured assignments
Able to multi-task and takes ownership of assignments
Effective with variety of communication styles, comfortable with various skill and position levels
Can shift from one assignment, or priority, to another; comfortable with change
