What is the opportunity? To provide the M&A and Oil & Gas teams with effective secretarial support
What will you do?
Looking after all levels of staff – from MD to Analyst
Managing diaries (organising meetings, liaising with other Assistants and clients) and maintaining holiday/absence records
Arranging travel - domestic and international
Planning and organising client events
Processing expense claims on a timely basis
Preparing agendas and presentation materials (word, excel and powerpoint)
Monitoring stationery supplies and reordering when necessary
Developing good working relationships with team members and other Assistants
What do you need to succeed? Must-have
Highly proactive and willing to take initiative
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexibility re working hours as needed
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
Good attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines
Good MS Office skills (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook and internet explorer)
