Responsible for managing all aspects of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting including the design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance and analysis of database queries and reports. Presents analysis results / recommendations to management in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner. Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information. Provides subject matter expertise on all customer service and eligibility data sources and report content. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or related field (4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree)3 - 5 years of related experience in a reporting and analytic roleProficient in SQL, SQL Reporting Services, ODBC, MS Access, and MS Excel and/or equivalent data capture / reporting toolsExcellent analytical and problem solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detailSelf - starter with a proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all projects and requestsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, including executive and senior management teamsAbility to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology5 or more years of reporting / analytic experience1 or more years of experience in a managed care environmentExperience in Medicare Advantage Part D (MAPD) operationsFamiliarity with website developmentDevelopment experience with APIs using Java, MS or similar technology Careers with WellMed.
