Primary Responsibilities:Create, enhance, and maintain budget or financial planning models, surveys, benchmarksEvaluate, interpret and analyze data and business process and analyze / monitor new, routine and ad hoc reportsProvide support when compiling and reporting information and assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sourcesSupport short term operational activitiesManage third-party vendor advocate on-boardingSupport call center Voice of Customer programCollaborate with business team on member experience and call monitoring improvementsAnalyze SLA and issues trends, develop and implement action plans as needed to improve Call Center service to our membersSupport all aspects of member communications and materials development which includes:Proofing of materialsTrack materials submitted to Legal and CMS for compliance approvalsManage operational execution of the Member communication planSupport execution of new retail program - launching 1/1/18Materials development and implementationProofing of all materials createdCollaborate with Operations and Benefit Communications and Marketing teams to review and provide recommendations for materials development, operational readiness and executionSupport Operations and Marketing in the development of new and enhanced programs and servicesManage multiple program specific websites for content accuracy and updates and functionality auditing and issue resolutionEnsure program performance, client, and compliance reporting accuracy and reconcile discrepanciesEvaluate, interpret and analyze data and/or business processes for business operations improvementsAssess, develop, and maintain program operational SOP's
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent 3+ years in an Operations, Communications, or Marketing roleAbility and experience in managing and owning projectsStrong process improvement skills / experienceHighly detail orientedExcellent verbal communication skills both in-person and virtuallyExcellent written communication skills including detailed business requirementsExcellent problem solving skillsHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Word1+ years of experience in business / finance analysis collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to managementDemonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processesExcellent communication, time / project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skillsWorking knowledge of Access relational databases, database structures Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare industry experience Careers with OptumRx.
