We need a Solutions Specialist. Fast forward one year from today, you'll have helped us implement our new Enterprise platform across our client base in the US and Canada (speaking fluent Canadian is a must). You will have refined our existing processes; developed and streamlined the setup and transition timeline for both new and existing clients converting to the Softix platform; and worked successfully with current staff to provide the best client experience possible.
You'll manage expectations and deliver happiness across our diverse client base including sports, fairs and festivals, arts, concerts, and world class racing and rodeos.
Your communication and listening skills will have ensured the most appropriate methods are being used. You'll work successfully across departments both internal and at the client sites. Which means, yes, you'll be enjoying traveling and racking up the frequent flier points when not at your home base in the beautiful and sunny Downtown Gilbert, Arizona- a bustling suburb of Phoenix with affordable housing, solid schools, and easy access to everything Phoenix has to offer.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of accomplishments in complex software implementations. Your candidacy will leap to the top if you've also got a love of live events, and a strong track record of success in the ticketing and venue market.
