The Patient Care Technician ensures the care, comfort and satisfaction of our patients and their families by using clinical knowledge, clinical skills and communication skills to assist in resolving any patient care related issues while working in close collaboration with entire clinical team and under the supervision of a Clinical Nurse. These duties include ensuring that patients and family members are assisted in a timely, efficient and courteous manner and handling acutely ill patients in stressful situations. Taking Vitals, EKGs, basic computer and data entry skills are required. Successful applicants must possess strong communication skills, proven ability to prioritize, take an analytical approach to problem solving; enjoy working as part of a team, and exhibit initiative.

This position is located at our Main Campus Location
Hours: 8 Hour Overnight position from 12:00am to 8:00am, Monday – Friday with weekend rotation
What You Need:
EDUCATION: * Required: High School diploma or equivalency
EXPERIENCE: * Required: one(1) year of strong patient care experience * Preferred: two(2) or more years of strong patient care, customer service and leadership experience
BCLS/Basic Life Support Certification Preferred: Certification from an accredited Nursing Assistant or comparable training program
