What is The Hartford looking for?
Students expecting to graduate in May of 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree
Business or Operations management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Communications and Liberal Arts. Open to most majors.
Demonstrated evidence of analytical skills, process awareness or service orientation in business framework
Basic use of MS Office Suite through class assignments/work
A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (out of 4.0 scale or equivalent) at the time of graduation
Leadership experience outside of the classroom
