Summary of Essential Job Duties: The Patient Flow Coordinator acts in a leadership capacity to coordinate patient flow and bed access. The Coordinator will assist in the success of the hospital's strategic objectives and mission as they relate to patient access, growth of market share, customer satisfaction and optimal utilization of health system partners. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required Master's Degree is preferred (candidates willing to obtain the degree within 3 years will be considered) Full command (verbal and written) of the English language License/Certification/Registration Requirements: Current California RN License Experience: Minimum of five (5) years inpatient clinical experience, with at least one (1) year of critical care experience required Minimum of two (2) years of prior management experience Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and continually changing priorities, and make rapid decisions.
