TheAccess Specialist I (Call Center Specialist) provides exceptional service to patients and providers in a Call Center environment. Access Specialist I provides exceptional service to patients and providers during inbound and outbound phone calls while scheduling appointments, capturing messages for the clinic staff and providers, and addressing the needs of the customer. Supports organizational mission to create exceptional customer experience by producing positive results in access and phone service measures.
Â·Job requires High school graduate or GED and 3 years of experience or the equivalent.
Â·Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree Preferred
Â·Medical Office Experience
Â·Strong computer skills
Â·Great phone etiquette
Â·Positive attitude, can do spirit
Â·Ability to work our unique schedule without difficulty
Â·Adaptability to change
Â·Ability to think on their feet, prioritize based on the needs of the call center
Â·We have free employee parking with no need for shuttle
