IT Enterprise Application Analyst/Security Administrator-(170001FS)
The Center for Information Technology Services(CITS) has an exciting opportunity available for an IT Enterprise ApplicationAnalyst. The selected candidate will be part of a teamthat supports multiple PeopleSoft ERP applications and play a critical role inUMB's new initiative to implement Oracle Cloud Financials. This role will under general direction performERP Application Security Administration tasks of provisioning user access asper security audit compliance guidelines. This role will be involved in design,configuration, testing and implementation of security related tasks of the CloudFinancials project. This role may also entail drafting new business processesand/or developing functional specifications for configuring applicationfeatures or developing campus reports. Typical duties also include acting as aliaison to campus community, monitoring critical business activities,troubleshooting and resolving issues and escalating complex matters to theappropriate project resources.

Performs ERP application security administration tasks and generates reports for security audit compliance review.
Designs, configures, tests and maintains enterprise-wide software application security functions.
Acts as a liaison between end users and technical team to address issues and recommend solutions.
Creates and executes test plans, evaluates results and documents new features for system enhancements.
Education: Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or a related field.
Experience: Atleast 2 years' experience as an analyst with any ERP applications such asOracle Cloud or PeopleSoft. This may include working as power user of anERP/enterprise wide application system, or providing functional support toother users of ERP/enterprise-wide administrative systems.
Ideal candidate should have:
Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud and/or PeopleSoft ERP applications.
In depth knowledge of Security Administration duties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application functionality.
Ability to serve as a knowledgeable campus resource in at least one aspect of an enterprise application.
Analytical thinking skills with an ability to solve problems and integrate solutions.
Ability to recognize opportunities to leverage technology to deliver best practice solutions for campus business functions
Ability to understand application data and system processing flow as well as the impact it has on business operations.
Ability to work with technical staff to troubleshoot development/production/integration issues.
Ability to develop and execute real world test cases to ensure quality software delivery.
Ability to multi-task in work that is highly complex and varied in nature.
Ability to support users and assist them in the use of application software.
Ability to provide support to and work collaboratively with both functional and technical staff.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to understand and develop business process workflow and logic flowcharts.
Excellent oral/writtencommunication and presentation skills.
