Part-time Faculty to be an instructor for CIS634 Assurance Foundations (3 credits). (Online course) Course description: Foundational theory, concepts, and computer-assisted reasoning tools necessary for assurance. Topics include functional programming, theorem proving, and logic for reasoning about access control, security, and trust. Engineering@Syracuse instructors will conduct a 90 minute synchronous or live section each week with 10-20 students at the same time each week for 10 weeks. Course is offered 4 times per year. The live session dates for October 2017 are as follows:
Thursday, October 05 through Wednesday, December 13, 2017 These dates are followed by a week of finals. Full-time residence in Syracuse, NY is not required.
