Provide technical expertise on technology especially related to Part 96 3.5 GHz CBRS band. Develop approaches and business models in conjunction with member companies to meet the mid-band spectrum needs of the mobile network operators. NP>Develop roadmap and alternate business models for future SAS bands in conjunction with Vice President of Spectrum Planning and member companies.
Work with senior management and government agencies to evaluate new spectrum bands.
Work with executives and technical experts at member companies and government bodies (e.g. NTIA, FCC, DoD) to develop technical positions and approaches that provide value to members.
Vendor Management experience of large complex hardware/software platform Senior Level Account Management experience in the Mobile Network Operator environment.
Provide leadership and direction to industry and member groups. Manage internal resource(s) as needed. (Program manager role TBH in 2H2017) COMPETENCY:

Experience in Microsoft Office, with advanced experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
BS in Engineering or related science field with 8-10 years of job-related experience. MS or equivalent a plus. MBA or equivalent a plus. Experienced in leading teams to conduct planning, analysis, roadmaps, financial analysis and architecture plans for wireless networks (cellular or satellite). Engineering and operations experience with a wireless operator or network provider extremely valuable. LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Detail-oriented with knowledge of grammar and punctuation. Proficiency in proofreading skills and strong communications skills are required.
