Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the office support staff for the ASU Human Performance Lab at the North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolis, NC.
Administration and management of all financial sources that may be state appropriated, contracts and grants, and/or auxiliary accounts.
Maintains and processes all correspondence for faculty & staff travel, purchase orders, reports, memos/letters, etc.
Serves as the main point-of-contact for all visitors, phone calls, etc.
Prefer individual with experience working at a university and knowledge of policies and procedures.
Experience with software programs such as Microsoft Office, Procurement credit card program, Banner platforms, AIM, and Yomart purchasing systems.
