This VP position is the senior executive to oversee operations of the Northern region of Barnabas Health Medical Group.
Three Regional Operations Directors report to this position.
Management of approximately 30 practices comprised of 150 physicians in Essex, Hudson, Union, and Morris Counties.
Responsible for working with hospital CEOs in the region (4) to complete physician development plans for each respective region and work with development team to execute on the strategy.
Assist in management of 300 member faculty practice group in Northern Market.
Collaborate with Souther regional operations executive to standardize practices across the entire RWJBH geography.
Bachelors Degree in Management required. Masters of Business Administration preferred. A minimum of 10 years of healthcare management experience required.
