This is the place to do your life's best work.The UHC Team Repricer is responsible for applying UHC provider network contracted rates and reimbursement policies accurately and efficiently to medical claims for UMR.Primary Responsibilities:UHC Team Repricers ensure network contracts and reimbursement policies and procedures are priced accurately on affiliated medical claimsRecommend system changes on provider contracts that appear inaccurate in the NDBWork with both internal and external customers to identify and resolve complex problemsAssist company affiliates with initial deployment and ongoing support of systems and processes for claim repricing including Willow and the Willow MacroOther responsibilities may include involvement with fee schedule and contract reviewBe able to assist with UHC projects and other tasks related to provider relations, as necessary and / or requestedPrioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlinesManage inventory to ensure claims are repriced accurately and meet required turnaround timeReprice claims fetched in Willow using the Willow Macro as well as CUS and Call Trak applications
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED (or higher)1+ years of claim processing or CPS / UHSS support area experienceAbility to utilize Microsoft ExcelAbility to utilize Microsoft WordAbility to successfully navigate computer systems and softwarePreferred Qualifications:2+ years of previous Healthcare experienceExposure to iCES, NDB, ppoONE or network contractsSoft Skills:Strong research and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal skills at both an individual and team levelExcellent written, verbal and business communication skillsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
