Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience leading the daily activities of a team with 8-10 multi-skilled professionals 1+ year of previous manager experience 3+ years working experience in Visual Basic, C# or other object oriented programs3+ years of experience in SQLStrong financial analysis skills and prioritization of pipeline driven demandAbility to identify technical solutions and provide guidance to staff members on the implementation of recommended solutionsProject Management experience (Six Sigma experience preferred) Strong reporting skills in developing requirements and interpretation of reporting dataHigh degree of proficiency in Access, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint – experience with Excel macro programming a plusPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience running an automation department a plus3+ years with Autohotkey, AutoItX, or other macro automation software1+ years with SharePoint maintenance and design experienceExperience working with Big Data Platforms (Hadoop, Oracle, Teradata)Careers with Optum.
