The major responsibility of this position is to fulfill customer orders.
Receive, process and ship customer merchandise orders received by phone, fax, mail, or web.
Facilitate the accurate processing of customer credit card transactions through Bookstore system Insite.
Adhere to strict University standards of confidentiality and the protection of private information.
Determine best shipping means/methods.
Establish customer shipping fee schedule for web publication.
This employee is also responsible for assisting in merchandise support functions of the Campus Shop and Bookstore as scheduled/needed daily.
High School diploma
Computer skills and aptitude preferred.
1-2 years Customer Service experience
