We are looking for an Executive Manager to join us in motivating, training and developing a team of financial services professionals that deliver premium financial services and investment advice to CBA Group's highest net worth clients. This will involve developing and implementing business strategies to profitably grow and maintain our client base in Adelaide. More specifically, you will:
Develop and maintain a high performance culture within the team and develop an environment reflective of the Sales and Service ethos of the Bank
Motivate the team to achieve set sales targets and key performance indicators through the delivery of exceptional client service
Instil confidence in the team, by coaching and developing our Associate and Private Bankers
Drive a client centric sales and service culture
To be successful in this opportunity, you will:
Be a seasoned leader with experience in leading a team of highly successful sales professionals ideally in a high net worth segment and / or wealth Management.
Have experience in business development , with the ability to develop strong networks, internally and externally to support the growth of your business
Have a comprehensive understanding of banking and wealth management products and services, including taxation and superannuation laws and their relative implications for high net worth individuals
Have a passion for developing talent, enhancing capability and coaching people to achieve their full potential.
Exceptional presentation skills and ability to pitch for new business opportunities
