Position Description Global Corporate Banking Technology & Operations is seeking to expand its services & infrastructure in Asia. The business is looking for dynamic and talented leaders to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from clients and client management groups. The incumbent for this position would be expected to lead regional functional work stream of providing services & advisory support to the corporate and financial institution clients through a world class strategic, scalable and efficient delivery model. This role offers a high level of visibility as you'll work in conjunction with a number of other internal teams to provide seamless delivery and support to a variety of client stakeholders. Card Management Operations experience within Retail and Investment Banks
Card or Cash Management or AP/AR experience within wider industries
Leveraging industry and product expertise to deepen client relationships and mitigate risk throughout the servicing process
Supporting clients' card accounts
Working closely with Sales, Operations, Technical Help Desk, and Fulfilment departments leveraging teamwork to provide the client with a seamless delivery
Independently consults and acts as a liaison with business partners and regional clients to ensure client requirements are fully met for services requested within the specified timeframes.
Manage servicing relationships and account management for key regional clients, enhancing client delight and manage client retention.
Responsible for the expedited resolution of escalated client requests, leveraging resources across other functional areas to ensure an integrated approach to enhanced relationship management and client delight.
Participate in the resolution of operational and/or product servicing issues of a sensitive/high risk nature for major corporate and financial institution clients.
Understands the end-to-end process and utilizes professional judgment in determining appropriate resolution of client needs.
Must be client focused, build and sustain relationships, transcend silos to achieve swift adoption and communicate crisply and candidly to drive client delight.
Responsible for building and managing client and business partner relationships while improving overall client delight
5+ years managing a servicing relationships portfolio of top tier Corporate Banking/Treasury Services clients
Track record of strong commercial card knowledge and client servicing experience working with leading organizations
Maintains unwavering focus on delighting the customer/ client; demonstrates a sense of urgency, dedication and passion for exceeding the expectations of internal/ external customers/ clients; earns customer/client loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy and show
SDG2/TSYS/Virtual Cards system knowledge
