Responsible for providing a world class level of service to guests of the Statler Hotel from the moment guests come into contact with our Bell Stand to their departure, including: greetings and telephone interactions; efficiency of arrival and check- in; care of luggage, safe and efficient transport to/from the airport; safe, secure and efficient valet parking; providing informative and useful concierge services; efficiency of check-out and departure.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays;
The physical demands for this position require a Bell Person to be in good physical condition, as you should be capable of running quickly to obtain/deliver guest cars in a timely manner.
Must be capable of being on your feet for long periods of times.
Must be able to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 75 pounds.
