The Administrative Assistant of Benefits and Compensation provides a full range of administrative office management support to the Vice Presidents of Benefits and Compensation and their respective Departments.
An excellent communicator who can demonstrate interpersonal skills to partner and work with the full range of clients and stakeholders and function effectively in diverse settings (e.g., over the phone, in-person, in meetings or in giving presentations).
Flexible in your approach and demeanor in order to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances.
Adept at building partnerships and working reciprocally with others to meet shared objectives and goals.
Proven success at making timely decisions.

Assist both Vice Presidents by maintaining key management tools, including meeting materials, manage and organizing electronic files.
Maintain and coordinate Vice President and Director schedules and handle related travel itineraries.
Provide general support to the Physician Compensation Manager, and Compensation and Benefits management teams
Manage meeting schedules, and room reservations.
Orders office supplies and equipment, including special orders and processing returns.
Serves as timekeeper for the Compensation and Benefits departments.
Respond to questions about compensation and benefits activities, processes, and practices.
Maintains required knowledge of MSK benefits programs.
Work with Benefits and Compensation on a variety of special projects
Bachelor's degree with 2 years office support experience; or a High School Diploma/GED + 4-6 years office support experience.
Strong Outlook calendar management skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)
