Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted Licensed Master's degree - level clinician in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling OR Licensed Ph.D., OR an RN with experience in behavioral health 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a related mental health environment including outpatient services MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) Dedicated, distraction-free work space in your home for a home office with access to cable/DSL high speed internetPreferred Qualifications: Ability to talk on the phone and type at the same time Demonstrated telephonic / office-based experience Outpatient experience Intensive Outpatient (IOP) experience Basic understanding of claims and billing Understanding of good treatment planning Careers with Optum.
