ScottMadden is searching for experienced consultants with Human Capital Experience to join our Corporate & Shared Services team. Experienced Consultants possess the technical and analytical ability of their ScottMadden peers in addition to the leadership, project management and client relationship skills necessary to successfully manage a variety of project types and sizes. They should be overall masters of project operations, while simultaneously helping to build strong, long-term client relationships. Travel requirements vary but can be up to four or five days per week.
Project Management: Manages all project aspects within time and budget constraints; demonstrates strong project management skills including work plan development, budget and schedule adherence, and the ability to adapt to unexpected changes; successfully manages multiple projects and tasks at once
Communication: Communicates effectively with client and team members; ensures that the partner on the project is regularly and thoroughly informed about project status; adheres to ScottMadden deliverable protocols; demonstrates excellent presentation skills
Resource Management: Selects and manages junior and senior resources in a manner which brings the most value to the client; effectively manages all consultant levels and provides helpful and appropriate feedback
Relationship Management: Builds long-term and profitable client relationships; identifies talent within client organizations and maintains strong relationships with these individuals as they progress in their careers
Technical Ability: Demonstrates technical ability within one or several of the firms main practice areas; cultivates a technical expertise which is in demand and is highly valuable to the firm
Education and Experience Requirements
MBA (or other relevant degree)
3-5 years of Human Capital Management experience
Knowledge of HR Function/HR Transformation/Human Capital Management
Experience in Shared Services is preferred
