Provides support for the Center for Behavior Analysis.
50% - Essential - ADMINISTRATIVE & CUSTOMER SERVICE - CBA: Provides first line customer service for telephone and confidential administrative support for the CBA director. Maintain registration database, course rosters, grades, transcripts, certificates and cumis for the online credentialing courses. Must be able to multi-task and work independently with little supervision.
20% - Essential - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - AIKEN: Process vouchers/payments for Camp Long according to Clemson University policy and established guidelines. Works closely with the site admin to collect, code, and process incoming bills. Forwards all paid invoices/vouchers for data entry into our main accounting program.
15% - Essential - SPECIAL PROGRAMS - YLI: Provide administrative support to Global Connections as needed. Provide administrative support of Chafee Independent Living. Working with agencies to register participants, provide customer service, working with the director to have forms and lists ready for each program.
10% - Essential - FISCAL SUPPORT - CBA: Submits orders and provides VISA documentation, handles and processes vouchers for payment, handles/processes travel, processes queries using BuyWays and PeopleSoft and provides overviews of budget standing and when amendments need to be made. Forwards all paid invoices/vouchers for data entry into our main accounting program. Generate invoices for service.
5% - Essential - AMERICAN INCOME LIFE - YLI: Submit policies for summer camp, camp counselors, staff, and at-risk-programs. File claims and keep a record of incidents, worker comp incidents, and payments of claims.
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.

Standard Hrs: 37.5; Band: 04 ($ 26,988.00 - $ 35000.00)
Employees who are in time limited positions will earn one and one-quarter days of Annual and Sick Leave per month for a total of thirty (30) days per year. Eligible part-timers will earn days on a pro rata basis.
