Join the nation's largest Division I athletics program (42 varsity sports). Sell tickets and provide customer service for Harvard athletic events to students, faculty, staff, alumni and the general public. Help create web content and marketing outreach to increase sales and attendance. Support sales team with analytics and lead generation. Assist in the hiring, training and supervising of student workers and game day staff. Support and maintain technology infrastructure, such as mobile credit card processing and ticket scanning. Reconciliation and cash management.

High school degree required. 2 or more years' experience in a customer service role required.
Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, required.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Experience using a ticketing system preferred. Content management and graphic design experience preferred. Must have strong writing and interpersonal skills.
Evening and weekend work will be required.
