Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of performance nutrition for assigned teams.
Plan and implement all competition meals, sideline/pregame, half time and postgame meals.
Plan and optimize team nutrition budgets for each assigned team for optimal nutrition benefits.
Collaborate with administrative, coaching, and support staff to enhance performance and well being of student athletes.
Provide individual and team nutrition education and counseling to enhance the performance of the student athlete during pre-season, in-season, and post-season.
Analyze and evaluate lab values, counsel at risk athletes, and manage all dietary supplements.
Communicate with compliance staff on deregulation implementation.
Supervise, train, and mentor nutrition student workers.
Manage nutrition stations at various locations for assigned teams.
Plan menus for training table, brunch, and camp meals.
