Provide administrative assistance for the Office of Research Compliance. Performs other duties as assigned.
45% - Essential - Support general office operations - answering phones, greeting guests, mail coordination, copying, filing, ordering supplies, preparing materials for archive, preparing items for surplus, maintenance of inventory, creation of flyers.
30% - Essential - Serve as back-up to the Administrative Coordinator II - to include BSC, travel reimbursements, access control, orientation coordination, report preparation.
25% - Non-Essential - Scheduling and coordination of various meetings/special events.
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
JOB KNOWLEDGE Fundamental Job Knowledge - Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.
