And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) The Provider Network Support Coordinator will provide timely administrative support to Provider Network Recruiters and contribute to the development of a sustainable provider network. Primary Responsibilities:Contributing to the creation and collection of completed provider applications, contracts and on-boarding documents Effectively identifies and resolves contracting discrepancies Establishes productive relationships with medical providers and office staff to facilitate prompt integration into company network Supports customer service through participating in call queue Participates in audits, provider profile maintenance and new projects as assigned Review inactivated provider files Contributes to process flow enhancements and updating of work instructions All other duties assigned by Management
Required Qualifications:Associates Degree in Applied Science Degree or Business with a health care emphasis 2+ years similar or related work experience Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered Healthcare terminology Familiarity with contracting documents Provider relations experiencePreferred Qualifications:Contracting compliance or records management experience Able to work independently, and in conjunction with team members at all levels of the organization Able to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy Strong analytical thinking; multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills Able to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and adaptable Must be flexible and able to positively respond to changing priorities and processes Proficient in general computer use and Microsoft Office SuiteIf the hired individual resides in Florida (office based or telecommuting) this position requires the AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all clinicians that have direct face to face contact with members OR employees who will have access to confidential patient data and will require renewal every five years.
