Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience7+ year of experience in business/finance analysisExperience gathering requirements from the client/business and documentingExperience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processesDeep grounding in Healthcare and Pharmacy Benefit Management spaceStrong Process Modeling skills supported by use of tools and extremely strong documentation skills including technical design documentation etc.Working knowledge of relational databases, database structuresExposure to technology projects in the capacity of process management ownership, identification of manual interventionsIntermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verballyAbility to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate dataExtremely strong communication skills: verbal and writtenPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to Latin American market in Healthcare or PBMStrong project / program management skills Careers with Optum.
