The Injury Control Research Center through the West Virginia University Research Corporation is seeking applications for a Data Analyst. This position provides support for data-driven research projects for the Injury Control Research Center.
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will:
Develop processes for standardizing data from various sources, including medical records, surveys, and administrative records.
Conduct statistical analyses with direction from lead investigators.
Summarize results from statistical analyses in tables and graphs.
Contribute to the development of technical reports and manuscripts.
Provide needed support to the Center Director, in-house faculty/investigators, and affiliate personnel.
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, public health, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
