The Student Wellness Office at Iowa State University is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Registered Dietitian. The Student Wellness Dietitian will report to the Director of Student Wellness and will work closely with other departments within the Student Health Services unit: Student Counseling Services, Thielen Student Health Center, and Recreation Services; in addition to the dietitian(s) within ISU Dining, to provide expertise in the areas of food, nutrition, and body image. Responsibilities include serving on multiple collaborative teams, implementing population-level nutrition initiatives, supervising peer wellness educators and interns, and providing 1-on-1 nutrition counseling.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related experience; OR a Master’s degree and 2 years of related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience totaling 8 years unless otherwise specified under supplemental required education and experience. Experience must be at a comparable level and directly related to the duties of this position.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience in nutrition, dietetics, or related field in a higher education setting
