Bringalong your passion and do your life's best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities:Responding to Broker questions on licensing and commissionsResearching and resolving any and all procedural, and product, and processquestionsAnswering incoming producers' calls from insurance brokers & utilizes CRTsto access informationDocumenting each call on PC CRT with contents of phone conversation for legalpurposesMaking outgoing calls with answers to the producers and insurance brokers onprevious inquiriesAccountable for up to date information delivery and mastery of productknowledge requiredGenerating insurance product quotes and delivering to producers insurancebrokersDistributing appropriate paperwork as required, including but not limited toquote requests, faxes, & incoming mailAccountable for accuracy of information and timely deliveryOngoing training as neededAccountable for attendance and mastery of materialOther duties as assignedAccountable for timely and accurate completion of assignmentSpecial projects as requiredMeeting established monthly performance objectivesBuilding positive business relationships with insurance brokers
