Under direction of the Vice Provost for Educational Improvement and Innovation, the work study student will:
Record Processing. Assist with a newly formed institutional assessment process by examining forms, and other documents for accuracy and completeness; compare data on documents with data on manual or computer record; add, delete, or change information on manual or computerized system to maintain accurate, complete, and current information
Contribute to the use of assessment reports to inform data visualization projects
Examine OHSU electronic educational resources to identify gaps in content accessibility.
Required Qualifications: Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours), OR Graduate Program minimum 4.5 credit hours. Maintain, and monitor office information systems Data entry Maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information in a professional manner. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Successful experience and fluency with Office Suite. Ability to participate as a collaborative member of a diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelors degree and six months of general office or secretarial experience; OR an equivalent combination of training and experience.
