The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Key Executive Leadership Certificate Programs offered to executive leaders in both the private and public sector.
The Administrative Assistant manages several cohorts for the Key Executive Leadership Certificate program simultaneously. The Administrative Assistant also provides academic and logistical support to the Key Executive Leadership students and faculty.
This position is contingent upon external funding.

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 2 years of administrative experience
Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills
Must be a self-starter, highly detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to engage in and contribute to a growing program
Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of personalities in a very dynamic, team oriented and continuously changing environment
Significant experience working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint software, and Internet research
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access are highly preferable
