This role will be part of the Implementation and Operations Team for Optum's GP product and service portfolio. The key focus of this role is to develop a suite of organisation development and change management tools and processes to support GP customers to maximise benefits of GP MSO products ensuring the new tools are deeply embedded. Primary Responsibilities:Product Development: Work closely with the Implementation and Operations Product Owner, Implementation Leads and Subject Matter Expert colleagues to identify and understand in detail client goals/needs as input to product planning efforts. To liaise with customer facing colleagues such as sales teams to ensure language and style is appropriate to customer requirements Define organisational and change management strategies, solutions and products that will enable the successful delivery of the GPMSO Design, develop and build OD and leadership support products/services to underpin the GPMSO product portfolio and collaborating effectively with other colleagues developing similar products (Advisory / ACO MSO) Understand and link to standardised external resources that are accessible by all potential customers (NAPC, DO OD, RCGP) Introduce OD best practice tools and methodologies including Maturity Analysis Models etc Define tasks to deliver implementation and operations backlog and roadmap, focusing on the development of lean and repeatable implementation processes Develop associated collateral, training materials, processes to support implementation Develop / deliver / ensure product training/education for applicable internal and external audiences (e.g., sales team, health plans, brokers, vendors), collaborating with appropriate stakeholders as needed (e.g., training staff, sales leadership, subject matter experts) Adhere to or champion the use of applicable product development guidelines / procedures (e.g., Product Development Methodology, Product Development and Release, Product Lifecycle Management) Contribute to Project Brief compilationDelivery: Work closely with pilot sites to test new tools and solutions, working with business leaders and HR leads to implement the change management programme Develop and implement sound processes to ensure pilot customer views influence the strategic planning and service development of the GPMSO Develop and maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders Participate in relevant internal and external working groups and networks to promote the continued development of the GPMSO Establish user satisfaction benchmarks and show how this has improved during the implementation period Design check points to show how new processes are embedded and fully integrated into everything the client does Lead workshops to support change of processes and address staff concerns Prepare Communications Plans to support implementation Prepare Stakeholder Engagement Plans to support implementation
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organisational development, business administration, or related field Experience in human resource development, organisational effectiveness, learning and development, and/or talent management Experience working in an NHS setting, preferably primary care Knowledge of learning and organisational effectiveness theory and best practices Proven experience in a consultant / facilitation role Demonstrated success presenting and communicating ideas to selected stakeholders and project management Able to work with others, collaborate effectively, and build relationships Able to manage projects, create effective plans and executePreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in product development, delivering cost reduction / transformation programmes, product development and working in an Agile product developmentCareers with Optum.
