Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Reporting to Manager, Collection Team - Follow up debts repayment for delinquent and problematic accounts through telephone dunning, written communications and outdoor visits - Execute collection strategies in order to manage an acceptable level of credit loss and maximize recovery return through in house collection action - Assist any assigned ad-hoc tasks - Ensure both operations must be complied with the Code of Banking Practice and the Bank's Key Control Standards - Assist manager to ensure good control mechanisms are in place and to ensure satisfactory audit clearance and operational assurance
Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant experience in retail banking collection areas - Good speaking in English, Mandarin and Cantonese - Good telephone manner, mature and able to work independently - Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill - Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
