Provides support for mailing operations and internal distribution processes. Handles incoming, outgoing and interoffice mail, using both manual and automated methods.
Responsibilities 1. Sort inbound mail/parcels/time-sensitive packages 2. Scan accountable items into Arrival database 3. Drive/deliver inbound mail/parcels to ServiceMaster campus facilities 4. Pick up outbound materials from ServiceMaster business units and internal departments, including interoffice mail 5. Process outbound automated First Class Mail 6. Process outbound automated express shipment
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
A valid driver's license is mandatory
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Detail oriented with good organizational skills
Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment
